Secure the preparation of baby bottles

Automated and electronically controlled, the PA45-2020 pasteurizer offers a pre-defined 30-minute pasteurization cycle at a temperature of 62.5°C ± 0.5°C, according to the Holder
method, and provides rapid, automated cooling to 4°C max.

The Beldico pasteurizer heats and cools the milk by contact in a perfectly dry way, without air circulation, thus limiting the risk of transmission of germs to the newborn, while reducing the economic and environmental impact of pasteurization and thawing (defrosting).

Flexible structure in function of your needs

• 3 independent heating blocks make it possible to choose between a pasteurisation or thawing, up to 14, 28 or 42 feeding bottles,
• The total pasteurisation cycle, including heating-up, pasteurisation and cooling processes, with 3 blocks, takes about 2 hours,
• In each of the 3 blocks, a “reference bottle” controls continuously the temperature and drives the pasteurisation process,
• The Beldico PA 45 can offer a maximum capacity of 10 liter pasteurized milk in 240 ml feeding bottles,
• A mix of different volumes, ex. 50 ml,130 ml and 240 ml, can be pasteurized in the same cycle.
